Various testfit studies were prepared to come up with the most efficient plan for company's business needs. Circulation areas were kept minimum but effective due to programme and other constraints. Wet areas and kitchenette design was unique to space. By applying different / decorative wallpapers in common areas, we created dynamic effect in overall space.
